- 我们会为适用于不同国家和场景的普通民事、商事和法律翻译认证，和翻译级别为普通级（含）以上级别的文件，提供盖章、营业执照副本复印件、译员证书（部分种类文件）和翻译声明（极个别种类文件）；
- 我们会为移民、签证和留学过程中可能会需要的NAATI认证文件，提供译员认证。
- 如果您的文件涉密级别较高，我们可以在提供报价前签署保密协议，在您确认合作之后提供服务合同；
- 如果您的项目价值低于2000元人民币，我们会收取项目总金额的10%-20%作为法务成本。
- 依照您的文件难度、时间需求和您的预算，我们针对主要语种提供四个等级的服务；
- 但并不意味着所有文件都适用于此，比如法务、财务、学术文献、营销材料等专业性较高的文件，我们可能只提供顶级和次顶级的翻译级别。原因可能是此类文件并不能被初级译员所胜任，也可能因为初级译员无法产出能够迎合您预期的译文。

- 如果您的需求紧迫，我们会收取30%-80%的加急费用。
- 您可以通过银行账号和微信、支付宝等第三方收款平台支付您的费用；

- 对于总金额低于5000元人民币的项目，我们采用全额预付的收费方式，高于此金额的项目可以采用50%-50%的支付方式；

- 在此之前您需要明确文件的重要性，以及对质量的要求；
- 我们主张同一项目由同一译员完成，紧迫的项目周期会对译文质量造成影响，这是必然的；
- 试译虽然是可以评判一家公司水平的最佳办法，但是您仍然需要综合其他因素考量一家公司的声望；
- 我们的译文严格遵守《翻译服务规范(第1部分):笔译(GB/T19363.1-2008)》的要求，如果您针对译文的修正需求是因为原文的变化所导致的，您需要支付费用；
- 如果我们无法避免一些情况的发生，我们会提供免费修正服务，但是这种情况是极少出现的。
- 我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您提供的个人信息， 防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。
